Der Sommer-kehrt-zurück-Freitag, der 20.August 2010 - guten Tag bei Ihrer IFO-CTU-Einsatz- und IFO-Striker-Brigade mit der Rotjacke als Sperrspitze der wissenschaftlich-orientierten deutschen Neo-UFO-Phänomen-Erforschung in der Praxis und nicht nur schönfärberisch ausgeküngelt zur Ablenkung von phantastischen Dreamland-Ideen zu dieser "Phantastischen Wissenschaft" auf dem ´Papier´. Wir sind für die UFO-Industrie sozuagen wie die verhassten IFO-Cleaner (die ´UFO-Leichen-Ausputzer´), aber nicht irgendwelche Geheimdienst-UFO-Desinformanten oder solche Spinnereien wie aus exologisierter ´Akte X´ mit ihren bildgerechten Sensations-Hollywood-Erfindungen! Und dies sage ich Ihnen auch als engagierter Leistungsträger in der UFO-Phänomenerforschung nicht nur auf Deutschland bezogen, sondern auch über den europäischen Tellerrand hinausschauend - ins globale Dorf. An diesem Vormittag lag eine eMail von Tobias R. an, nebst angehängtem Foto (hier zur ´Verdeutlichung´ in Helligkeit reduziert und im Kontrast erhöht) - die Meldung beinhaltete dies: "Ich bin Tobias, 18 Jahre alt und hab am 7.08.2010 in Wacken ein UFO zufällig fotografiert! Als ich zu Hause mir die Bilder anschaute fiel mir ein Objekt auf, aber ich konnt nicht erkennen was es ist! Da flogen auch keine Flugzeuge, Ballons und sonst welche Dinge durch die Gegend! Leider, wie gesagt kann ich euch dazu nicht viel sagen."

Auch auf dem Acker von Wacken sollt es Mücken geben, die als mal unbeachtet vor der Kamera herumschwirren, wenn sie u.a. von der Musik aufgescheucht werden.... ;-) Genau solche unerwarteten ´Ferien-´ und ´Urlauber´-Zufalls-Aufnahmen meinten wir mit diesem Artikel in der ´Rheinischen Post´ - http://www.rp-online.de/public/arti... . Am 9.August 2010 erhielt auch Roland Gehardt ´IFO-Grobzeugs´-Material von einem Urlauber, der aus Fort Myers/USA zurückkam und am 16.6.2010 eine Zufallsaufnahme von einem ´UFO-Geschwader´ machte: "Bei der heutigen Durchsicht unserer Urlaubsfotos sind mir die am rechten oberen Rand sich in der Position veränderbare Punkte zu sehen. Die Aufnahmen sind Serienaufnahmen von einer Sony DSC hx5v kurz vor einem Gewitter. KEINE FOTOMONTAGE!!!!! Bisschen seltsam oder???? MfG, Roman K-D." Gehardt: "Auf der gesamten Fotoserie sind die Flugbewegungen der Vögel fast wie in einem Film zu sehen...."

UFO-Lichter in Kansas - "UFO sightings once common in rural Kansas"...

>One can see for miles across the flat High Plains. There are few houses. Few people. And with small towns dotting the landscape, there are few streetlights obstructing the view of a starry night.

Moreover, Dighton, population 1,261, is a small western Kansas community like most that dot the Midwest -- a town with an economy reliant on the wheat fields that surround it, a place where, it seems, nothing unusual ever happens, a town populated by the average American -- hardworking, churchgoing. Go back nearly 40 years, however, and Dighton made the national news -- and not for anything ordinary. Up in the sky on the darkened plains, they saw them. Lights. Crazy moving lights. Lights that chased vehicles. Lights that could hover low or move in directions no ordinary aircraft could. From well-respected farmers to the city´s police chief, they said they saw flying objects -- unidentified flying objects.

It´s been nearly four decades since the UFO sightings that put Dighton on the national map, as well as much of Kansas. "People were seeing them all across the state," said Lane County farmer Vance Ehmke, who wrote about western Kansas´ surge of reports while interning at the Garden City Telegram that summer. "There was this rash of UFO sightings and an oasis of conversation."

The year was 1972 and Kansas was a hotbed of UFO sightings. In fact, the state had the most sightings in the nation that year. The county seat town of Dighton was the center of it all. Kansas activity that year started in the spring of 1972 in Dighton, where a red-orange and white light would hover until an investigating patrol car approached, then would move away. Then-Chief of Police M.R. Shelton said he chased it at speeds of up to 100 miles an hour but never caught it. He said it would run parallel to his car, or slightly ahead of it. Shelton also said the UFO would remain stationary until an investigating officer would radio another car about it. It then began to move away. "We didn´t think much about it at first," Shelton said in July 1972. "We thought it might be the military taking infrared pictures or checking out a feedlot."

However, according to the news reports, Forbes Air Force Base at Topeka and McConnell at Wichita both reported they did not have any low-level flights or planes that took infrared photos while hovering. Other Lane County residents began seeing the lights, sometimes red-orange, sometimes white. Now living in Omaha, Pam Krehbiel Schnuelle said she doesn´t talk about her incident much with friends and relatives. She was only 18 when she and a friend were driving home from a baseball game in Scott City to the Krehbiel farm near Amy in Lane County. Around 10 p.m., they saw a bright star in the northeast. "It began to move around, and we thought, ´Huh.´ Then it moved around quickly and sporadically, and we knew it was something different than we had ever seen." It would get dimmer, then brighter, she said. Then it came right at their vehicle, getting within 100 yards of the car. "It was bright enough to take up the whole windshield," she said. "It wasn´t just a little ball." The object quickly zoomed away and disappeared, then reappeared in the east. The two could barely climb out of the vehicle when they got to the farm because they were so scared. Schnuelle recalls not wanting her friend to drive on east to Dighton. "We knew it was something out of the ordinary," she said. "It couldn´t have been a plane, a helicopter or anything like that, except, you don´t know what it was." Her brother saw the strange lights several times while baling hay late into the night during the summer. Around the same time of her sighting that spring, her father discovered a crop circle burned into his green wheat. The News reported it was 20 feet in diameter. She still remembers the smell -- an odd smell that didn´t smell of burned wheat. She hasn´t smelled it since. Schnuelle also still remembers the look on her father´s face when he discovered it. "My dad, we´re religious people," she said. "The only thing we did was go to church, the rodeo during summer -- just good people. For my dad, it was hard. It was very hard to imagine."

All the hype around the county was enough to warrant national attention. According to a July 1972 story in The News, UFO experts came to investigate. Two Wichita disc jockeys had a vigil on top of the grain elevator for aliens. Moreover, the National Enquirer, which did its own story and interview with Schnuelle, offered $50,000 to anyone proving the strange lights were actually from another planet... The best evidence was in November 1971 in Delphos. Teenager Ronnie Johnson was tending the family´s sheep when he came upon a mushroom-shaped UFO appearing in the night sky. Johnson reported the object hovered about 75 feet from him, just above the ground on his parents´ farm. The object eventually flew skyward and left him with headaches and nightmares. Johnson´s parents got a glimpse of the unusual craft, which was then as big as a full moon before disappearing from view. The family found a glowing ring on the ground where the alleged ship had been. There was also glowing material on some of the trees nearby. When they returned to the sight the next day, the ring was still there. Scientists claimed it was a fungus. However, others in town saw the strange light as well, filing reports with the sheriff´s department.

But why so many sightings in Kansas and the United States during the 1970s? Dirk Vander Ploeg, publisher of UFOdigest.com, said more people might have come forward after other well-respected community members told their story. "In the 1940s, ´50s and ´60s, more people were anonymous," Ploeg said. "They didn´t want their names known for fear of the ridicule." Moreover, he said, many have had some sort of experience. "Have you seen a light in the sky that you don´t know what it is?" he asked. "That is a UFO." However, Ploeg says he believes only 1 percent can be considered as a potential outer space sighting, "if there is such a thing. I believe most of the vehicles are experimental U.S. aircraft," he said. For instance, he said Stealth technology was developed in the 1970s -- aircraft that didn´t see public use for another couple of decades.

While many things can be explained, some, however, can´t be explained, Lane County farmer Ehmke said. "Whatever it was, it was big and had a lot of light," Schnuelle said. "I know it sounds off the wall, and it hasn´t happened since. It was only a one-time thing."<

Brian Vike, a Houston, B.C. resident who heads up Sightings.com, a UFO network, said he received a report of something even more unusual than meteors on Aug. 14.

The time was 10 p.m. as the two residents, whose names Vike would not release, said they were watching the meteor shower when they saw two strange lights in the eastern sky. "They caught my eye, due to their obvious colour, which differed from the stars around them," the report said. "They were flickering and shifting from red to blue and then to white {!!! - getaktetes LED-Lichterfarbenspiel*}. They were about as far apart as a loonie coin held at arm´s length and were pinpoints of light." The report went on to say the lights were moving in an odd manner. "I was surprised to note that the two points of light then began to rotate and switched positions gradually, with the 4 o´clock light moving to the 10 o´clock position and vice versa," the report said. "Then they began to move directly apart from the 10 and 4 o´clock positions, but very slowly. The top light began to gradually fade and the bottom light subsequently blinked right out and vanished suddenly." About 15 minutes later, the two lights re-appeared, creeping slowly across the sky towards the north star. When the lights got to the little dipper, they appeared to stop moving.

"They remained motionless for about a minute and then the top light began to shimmer and shake, flashing blue, red, white colours very brightly," the report said. "Three blue streams or rays of light briefly shone out of this top light and pointed towards the bottom light." After a few seconds, the bottom light increased in brightness very rapidly and "departed with shocking speed to the west." The other light, the report continued, simply ebbed away and vanished without any apparent motion. Commenting on the report, Vike said the sighting will likely remain unexplained. "The idea of what we do is to find explanations for what folks see, but there are many times we are as stumped as the witnesses, and this sighting over Qualicum Beach is a strange one," he said. "It doesn´t sound like stars of any kind and what I find very interesting about this report is that the witness does seem to know what he is talking about from how he wrote his report", he has a good knowledge of the night sky. This wasn´t the only sighting on Vancouver Island recently, Vike added.

On July 24 he received a report from Victoria of a huge, planet-like UFO. "I saw what looked like a gas giant planet, looking east from Victoria {man nennt den Gasplaneten-UFO-Lightorb auch Jupiter allgemein}," the report said. "I had never seen an object so large, especially with a very bright moon." On July 22, Vike received a report of lights chasing one another over Cassidy, south of Nanaimo. "There were three very, very bright lights," the report said. On July 3, at Honeymoon Bay on Cowichan Lake, a report came in of a bright light approaching from the west as a group of friends sat around a campfire. "When it was overhead we all noticed a smaller light trailing directly behind, which was too far back to be attached to any airplane that is known to man," the report said. "The lights proceeded east and disappeared beyond the horizon." Finally, a thin, curved object was reported over Victoria on March 8. "I was in the passenger seat of my friend´s car when driving in downtown Victoria," the report said. I looked out over the inner harbour and in the sky was what I thought to be a flying V of geese at a weird angle. I kept looking and they weren´t moving. I saw pedestrians pointing at it. I saw it between buildings for a total of about two minutes."<

Ferngesteuerte Autos waren gestern - heute können Technik-Fans mit einer Flugdrohne spielen. Die AR.Drone ist noch bis zum 22. August auf der Gamescom in Köln zu sehen. Sie hat vier Propeller und mehrere Sensoren, die sie stabil in der Luft halten sollen. Gelenkt wird sie per iPhone, iPod Touch oder demnächst per iPad. Die Datenübertragung erfolgt via WLAN. Die Drohne hat zwei Kameras: Eine weist in Flugrichtung, eine nach unten. Die Bilder sehen Piloten auf dem Monitor ihres mobilen Gerätes. Dies soll künftig Spiele ermöglichen, die reale und virtuelle Welt vermischen - Experten nennen das ´Augmented Reality´. In der bereits verfügbaren Demoversion von ´AR.Flying Ace´ werden Luftkämpfe mit anderen Drohnen simuliert. Die Flugobjekte sind echt, die verschossene Munition ist es nicht.

Das Gerät ist nach Angaben des französischen Herstellers Parrot für drinnen und draußen geeignet. Eine Akkuladung soll für bis zu zwölf Minuten Flugzeit reichen. Die AR.Drone kostet 300 Euro und wird in ausgewählten Elektromärkten in Großstädten angeboten.>

Merkwürdig, dass das uns seit vielen Tagen beschäftigende neue IFO mit seiner tieferen Tragweite als UFO-Sichtungsauslöser in seiner Dimension in den Internet-UFO-Klubs noch nicht einmal anklingt. Dabei hat diese Sache auch mit dem ´next generation´-LED-Lichter-am-Himmel-Effekt eine unglaubliche Tragweite und ist deswegen von sehr großer küntiger Bedeutung, allein schon was sich jetzt schon an UFO-Nachrichten deswegen tat. Wird hier einfach nur auf blind und dumm gestellt, um sich wieder einmal im Forum nicht mit IFOs zu beschäftigen müssen, weil man viel lieber seinen Träumen über SF-UFOs nachhängt und sich deswegen kategorisch der Wirklichkeit gegenüber verschließt und alle Augen (selbst die Hühneraugen) zumacht, um das Potenzial nicht sehen zu müssen, weil es immer mehr das UFO-Thema an sich killt? Wieder einmal kann man ja am kanadischen Fall oben sehen, was das Ergebnis ist, wenn nicht informiert und geschult ist - UNEXPLAINED werden dann angebliche neue UFO-Meldungen abgehandelt und deswegen visionär entlang der Leitlinie von der UFO-Industrie SF-mäßig massig hingeschlummert. Ein prächtiger Nährboden dafür, das selbst die einfachsten Sachen wie die Venus, Arkturus oder die ISS als Lightorbs der Außerirdischen angehimmelt werden... Om... Dies ist national und international so, was man auch am erwähnten Tageslicht-Film mit dem ferngesteuerten Flugzeugmodell-UFO sehen kann, schauen Sie nur die Aufrufezahlen an, obwohl das Ding jetzt mal 48 Stunden schon bei YouTube aufgespielt ist. Die Faszination für das Irrationale ist bei weitem größer als die für das Rationale... Das dreht sich auch immer im Kreis wegen der psychokulturellen Belastung des Themas.
